Profile: Matt Trost

Intro
July 4, 2009

In the last few Profiles, we have been featuring folks who seem to participate in every local race. If you have raced in a running event, triathlon or biathlon in the last year or two, you must recognize Matt Trost . Competing with (or is it against?) his pal Ricky Ho, Matt looks like a linebacker, races like his life depended on the outcome and may be one of the nicest guys out there. Devoted dad, musician, ex-smoker, sub 5 minute miler- this is one interesting guy.
