Worst Race and Why: Boston Marathon 2010….didn’t feel great and should have gone faster
Average Weekly Mileage (last 12 months): All over the place. Right now only 16 miles a week due to an injury, but 50+ miles a week earlier in the year.
Favorite Local Race: Pier to Peak (but I’ve only done it once).
Most Memorable Running Experience: trail running in Mammoth. It was so beautiful and I saw a bear.
Favorite Place to Run: Hendry’s Beach and Gobernador Canyon.

Realistic Running Goals for this Year: To get healthy enough to start training for Boston 2011

Personal Training Tips: I’m not one to give out training tips. I love coffee, don’t drink enough water, don’t cross-train and don’t stretch…although I’m trying to mend my ways. Do the opposite of what I do.
