Dos Pueblos High School Medical Club’s fundraiser for Cottage Children’s Medical Center
Filling out this registration form in advance speeds up the completion of the sign-up process. All payments will be made in person, cash or check (made out to DP Medical Club) at the registration table.
The registration table opens at 7:30am on Saturday, April 29th, 2023 in the stadium plaza next to the track and field. All participants will need this waiver to be signed.
