If money were not a consideration, I would love to: Not tell anyone and have it as my little secret. I wish that was true, or is it? Definitely not.

In the next 10 years, I hope to: Still run fast.

Personal Training Tips: You have to hydrate but also drink a lot of water.
Why I Run: Because I am not in the English Premier League.
I love runners who: Are behind me.
I don’t care for runners who: Are in front of me.

Suggestions for local races: Not sure.
Suggestions for SBAA: Make me faster.
My views on: I have to admit the main reason someone with my short list of accomplishments has been selected for this Profile is due to the fact that I will soon become a co-author. Mr. Howell wanted to stroke my ego so I will be fired up for the task. My background is not anywhere near as decorated as previously profiled runners. But Joe, your little plan is working, I have never felt faster.
